How safe are your castles?

Safety is our #1 priority. All our castles are secured with Australian-standard safety pegs/weights and regularly inspected to ensure they’re stable, clean, and secure.

Do you clean the castles between hires?

Yes — every inflatable is fully cleaned and sanitised after each event so it’s spotless and safe for your little ones.

Do you stay to supervise?

No, but we provide clear safety rules, and adult supervision is required at all times. We’ll also show you how everything works before we leave.

What surfaces can you set up on?

Grass, concrete, pavers, and even indoors — as long as it’s a flat surface. We’ll bring the right equipment to secure it properly.

Can the castles be used with water?

Yes! Our slide castle can transform into a water slide with a splash pool, perfect for hot summer days.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain is fine, but if the weather is unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule so your event still goes ahead stress-free.

Do you offer extras?

Yes! We also provide balloon garlands, arches, party theme set ups, and flower walls to make your event extra special.
